| Oriol accumulates over 15 years in the Hydrocarbon and other Process Industries. He brings his experience to Inprocess after being the Oil & Gas EMEA Industry Director in Microsoft. In this role, he was focused in providing integrated technology and solutions to the Energy Industry in EMEA. Previously, Oriol worked for AspenTech for about 9 years in Several Sales Management Positions. |

Dr. Josep Anton Feliu
Training Manager |
Josep Anton accumulates over 15 years experience in Process Simulation. In 1998 he left his lecturer position at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and joined Hyprotech as the EMEA Regional Manager for Customer Support and Training. In that role he was responsible for software support as well as for training, where he taught countless process simulation training courses for Hyprotech’s clients. He developed for many clients tailored training programs and did, as well, participate in several modelling projects for steady state and dynamic simulation.
At Inprocess, Josep Anton leads the Training Department being responsible for the development and deployment of all of our clients’ educational requirements. |

Dr. Michael Brodkorb
Business Development Director |
Michael has more than 10 years of experience in the development, application and marketing of process simulation and optimization solutions. Michael began his career in Process Development at a Degussa subsidiary in Germany before moving to Spain and working in Hyprotech’s Service and Support Team, specialising in thermodynamics. Later on, he was working at AspenTech for 4 years in Business Consulting on developing and deploying successful solutions for energy management together with AspenTech’s clients.
At Inprocess, Michael leads the Business Development for Western and Northern Europe and for Inprocess’ worldwide clients. In this role he helps to identify business value delivered through process simulation for our clients. |

Dr. Miquel A. Alós
Technology Manager |
Miquel Angel has over 12 years experience in simulation of chemical processes and in the delivery of educational training programs for process simulation. Before joining Hyprotech in 2000, Miquel A. was lecturing Reaction Engineering and Process Simulation courses at Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. At Hyprotech he provided world-wide Customer Support and Training for HYSYS and for Hyprotech's batch processes lifecycle solutions. Later, at AspenTech, he was specially focused on supporting and teaching Oil & Gas and Refining process simulation users.
At Inprocess Miquel Angel is responsible for effective technology deployment as well as for supporting a number of projects with his extensive simulation expertise. |

Manel Serra
Senior Advisor |
Manel Serra has over 8 years of experience in Process Simulation and in the development and integration of model based solutions. During his tenure at Hyprotech and AspenTech, he was part of the Upstream Global Services team, where he implemented and delivered monitoring and optimization solutions for Exploration and Production customers. Manel has also experience in the implementation of open standards (CAPE-OPEN, OPC) and agent technology.
At Inprocess Manel acts as project manager for a number of projects as well as delivering integration support where necessary. |

Maria Jesus Guerra
Senior Advisor |
Maria Jesus Guerra has more than 15 years of experience in Process Engineering and Process Simulation. During her work at Hyprotech and at AspenTech she started at the Customer Support team and later joined the Business Consulting group, where she developed many simulation projects in petroleum refining, oil and gas production and petrochemicals. She also developed expertise in the areas of refinery planning accuracy, project management and team coaching and coordination.
Maria Jesus joined Inprocess in September 2010 as a Senior Advisor to support Inprocess’ project and training team. |

Jose Maria Ferrer
Bussiness Development |
Jose Maria has over 15 years experience in the dynamic simulation and control of hydrocarbon processes. In 1995 he began his career as Process Control engineer at Dow Chemical and in 2001 he joined Hyprotech has EMEA Operator Training System (OTS) business development leader. Later in 2004, as Aspentech Senior Consultant, he executed several dynamic simulation projects in new areas like Emergency ShutDown (ESD) verification and Advanced Process Control (APC). In the last 4 years at Aspentech he has been developing the APC business in Europe and executing several dynamic simulation projects to support APC implementations and new Aspentech OTS offering.
At Inprocess Jose Maria is responsible for the business development for the South-Europe & North-Africa as well as for supporting the technology development. |
